The ACACIA Gazebo Kit is a kit and does NOT include the wood for the 4 legs or 4 headers. This is the responsibility of new owner to pick their own lumber out locally. Why did we do this? We did this to help keep the cost down, not only the cost of the lumber but also the cost of shipping heavy oversized beams. We also did this to allow for more freedom to customize with longer or shorter legs beams. As of March 2021 the lumber cost for standard pressure treated 4x4’s in the sizes required for the headers and legs would cost between $150-$200 as tested in various regions of the USA.
The gazebo roof framing is made with extruded aluminum and electrostatic finish actually sends an electric charge through the paint and the frame to help cause a chemical (ionic) bond, much stronger that simple powder coating commonly found in imported versions. The custom made steel brackets, carriage bolts, and hardware all have the same industrial powder coating finish.
Our canopy 2 piece covers are designed to allow for ventilation under the gazebo and to help ensure updrafts from damaging the gazebo canopy. We proudly use Outdura branded Acrylic Marine fabrics proudly made in the USA. Our factory precision laser cuts each of the canopy tops for the best fit. With 33 total colors available, we are sure that there is a color to match your exterior and your needs. Our Outdura canopies are UV protected, and designed to resist fading and staining for years. With a simple design, the canopy can be easily removed during winter months, extremely windy conditions, or for cleaning.
The best part of the ACACIA gazebo is that your dealer can sell you any of the replacement gazebo covers should you need a replacement or would like to change the color. Since we use existing Outdura colors, color matching other components of your outdoor living space is also easy.

The kit does NOT include the wood required for framing (legs and headers). These must be purchased locally by customer. Legs needed (4): 96" x 3.5"x3.5" ; Headers needed (4): 120" x 3.5" x 3.5". Headers MUST be cut to exact dimensions in order for the canopy to fit. There is flexibility in the height of the legs. Be sure to accommodate additional inches if you plan to mount in cement or in the ground!

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Some of our products require additional labor and/or equipment from the buyer when delivered. Our wood sheds/structures and some vinyl and metal sheds/structures are shipped using a flatbed truck which often is too large for a residential driveway. If a residential driveway or loading dock is unavailable, these products will need to be manually unloaded by the buyer at the curb face of the delivery address. We recommend a labor force of 2-3 people when the shipment arrives. Please allow a 2-3 hour window for delivery.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
